What do you need to bring for classes? Nothing!
The Moving Studio has wonderful mats, mediation cushions, blocks and straps.
Of course, if you wish to bring your own mat, you are very welcome!
If you are at home. Just make sure you have a yoga mat, water and optional block/blanket.
