Teacher - Katie Hunter 🤸
Katie has taught Power Yoga for many years, primarily in London, UK.
Since moving to St. Gallen, Switzerland in late 2017, she started a weekly Power Yoga class in January 2018.
Katie started off (and continues) as a Secondary School Science Teacher, with a BSc in Education and Biology from Exeter University.
She began to teach Power Yoga in 2011 and has been practising Yoga for over a decade.
Katie trained initially in London to teach Power Yoga with two master Baptiste teachers; Claire Este-McDonald and Gregor Singleton from Boston, Massachusetts, gaining her 200 hour certification.
She since had training in Pregnancy/Post natal Yoga at the yoga campus, London, with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. Following this, she completed her 500 hour Registered Advanced Yoga Teacher qualification in America, 2014 with master Baptiste teachers and Live Love Teach co-founders; Philip Urso and Stacy Dockins.
Katie has also studied at the Institute for Integrative nutrition, in New York, 2011 to become a Health Counsellor and has a passion for educating children and adults in Health and Wellbeing.

Teacher - Tammy Furey🧘
Tammy Furey is a yoga teacher (Y.A 200hrs with Shivarocks) and coach (PGCert) from England who lives in St. Gallen, Switzerland. She specialises in mindfulness, meditation and yoga practice to awaken not only the body but our relationship and experience to the world in which we live.
Tammy has lived in St. Gallen for 7 years and is a part-time English Teacher (English as a second language). She is experienced being able to explain English terms and phrases in a more accessible way. She also has an B1 certificate in German so will try to help students in basic German if she can!
Tammy trained as a yoga teacher in St. Gallen and is currently continuing her Yoga studies to gain her 500 hours Yoga Alliance certification with Shivarocks, Abtwil (yes, she is passionate enough to train in German!). She continues to study with visiting yoga and mediation teachers in Zurich, Austria and London.
